The Welsh pony and Thoroughbred crossbred or Half-Welsh hunter pony is one of the most sought after and desirable hunter and pony jumper equines in the USEF (United States Equestrain Federation) for both the Children's Hunter Division and the Pony Jumper Division. Combining the stellar temperament, conformation, and athleticism of the winner of USEF Grand National Champion Horse of the Year Welsh stallion Shenandoah Gamekeeper with the height and competitiveness of our Thoroughbred mares has consistently produced well-balanced (mind and body), willing large and medium ponies that can jump the moon.

(Shenandoah Gamekeeper x Buffer Zone) 1999 bay Welsh/Thoroughbred gelding. Secrets and Shadows is a sweet fellow with a very gentle temperament. He has been trail ridden extensively and easily schools over event courses, including logs (as high as 3'), ditches (3' deep x 2' deep), water obstacles (pools and streams), and stonewalls. He does all without hesitation. He has a nice, ground-covering stride and quietly does walk/trot/canter ringwork.
